StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD seeks a Junior Program/Project/Management Analyst to support a NAVAIR PMA on a prime contract. The role involves research, reporting, data management, and schedule tracking to support program objectives.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, US Citizenship, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and proficiency with MS Office; strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed: Associate’s + 2 years experience, or 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support and perform clerical functions (correspondence, scheduling, meeting logistics).
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collect and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and programs.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Apply government processes for documentation, change control and data management.
• Ensure efficient meeting structure, action capture, and closeout.

Job description

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior in Patuxent River MD to support a NAVAIR PMA on our recently awarded, Prime contract. The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Ensure efficient meeting structure, action capture/processing/closeout.

Experience Requirements

• Less than 3 years of professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Proficiency MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AMS Tools Desired. DTS, ASSIST, PIEE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Allowable substitutions include:
• Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
