Salary Range: $78,000.00 To $86,000.00 Annually
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Security clearance, Secrete required , TS desired.
As a Journeyman Program Analyst, you are responsible for providing customer recommendations for E-130J related initiatives. The E-130J program is in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase as an acquisition category (ACAT I) program. The position is responsible directly to the IPTL for Mission Systems to track contract execution and performance and initiate and develop procurement documents for future program requirements. Apply knowledge and expertise in continuous process improvement to track performance to plan for program office efforts.
BA/BS degree from an accredited college.
Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Three years or more experience performing duties described in the functional description.
At least 2 years of experience developing and coordinating procurement documentation. Experience with acquisition reviews and cost analysis. Experience with the following: Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID). Familiarity with preparing data for meeting Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) gate reviews to successfully transition into the program’s next phase.
The projected salary range for this position is $78,000-86,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
