Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our Detroit, Michigan team. The role supports IT, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to plan, track, and deliver technology initiatives with minimal direction.

The position blends systems and applications expertise with business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, compliance, financial tracking, and document management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience working with business users, IT teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements, application goals and technical specifications with IT and business units.
• Support configuration, upgrade, deployment, integration, and maintenance of applications and systems.
• Assist Project Managers with scope, schedules, estimates, deliverables and tracking.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and perform ROI analyses.
• Coordinate testing, including UAT, and provide end-user training.
• Develop financial reports and project schedules for CIP projects including e-Builder.
