Job summary

ARES Corporation seeks a Program Analyst III to support NASA CPSS PP&C II at Johnson Space Center in Houston. You will perform cost estimating, scheduling, risk analysis, and program assessment to provide management with actionable insights, estimates, and briefings.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple organizations and deliver integrated analyses for complex spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in program analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain fiscal-year and year-end cost estimates, LCC estimates, EACs, and other cost projections.
  • Perform cost estimating and analysis to support NASA program planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain awareness of cost-estimating methodologies and provide recommendations.
  • Provide updates to IMS and other program schedules.
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify critical paths with actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare analyses, briefings, and reports for NASA stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with NASA customers and PP&C team members on integrated planning and assessment activities.
