Job summary
New York State Homes and Community Renewal seeks a Program Analyst in New York, NY to assist the Single-Family Programs unit with quantitative and qualitative analysis, program development, and operational implementation. You will support loan portfolio data, bond transactions, and PSA program administration.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field, with strong Excel skills, data integrity, and the ability to communicate complex
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Excellent quantitative research and verbal/written communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Single-Family with quantitative and qualitative analysis, program development, and operational implementation.
- Support compilation and submission of loan portfolio, delinquency, pool insurance, and servicing data for bond statements.
- Prepare projections of mortgage purchases and commitments for cash flow consultants and rating agencies.
