  • Collect and review a variety of narrative and/or statistical data to prepare reports and/or conduct analysis of data to support conclusions or recommendations for action.
  • Participate in various management analyses, evaluations and studies of organizations, activities, functions or processes.

STARTING SALARY: $52,171 - $100,380 per year

PAY PROGRESSION:

1st Year Salary $52,171-$67,824

2nd Year Salary $63,815-$82,965

3rd Year Salary $77,211-$100,380

This position is part of the Army Fellows Program and is a CIVILIAN position with the Department of the Army.

This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce.

The Army Fellows Program provides an exciting opportunity to embark on a developmental, accelerated career path as an Army Civilian including continued training and educational opportunities, with no military obligation. Fellows may also receive paid training, certifications, and rotational assignments.

As a Program Analyst the incumbent will work under closer supervision performing assignments and completing training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to.

QUALIFICATIONS

One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: business (any business field including business administration, management, accounting, finance, etc.), industrial engineering, public administration, political science, psychology, sociology, labor relations, law, communication, data analytics/science, management science, information systems/technology/cyber, mathematics, operations research, economics, statistics, government, international affairs/relations, education, and administration/management (health care admin, industrial management, etc.).

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
