Job summary

Ignite Now is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Integrated Fires Directorate. You will analyze software performance data, help identify defects, and support scheduling, Agile execution, and cross-functional communication with the Army customer.

The role requires coordinating with analysts, engineers, and program stakeholders, maintaining schedules, and surfacing risks early to keep work on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience with a track record delivering a product.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support RCCA processes to correct defects and track Jira tickets.
• Communicate findings and risks to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
