Ignite is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD) organization, working within the Post-Software Release Analysis team for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). In this role, you will help analyze software performance data, help identify and correct defects, and support the schedule, Agile execution, and cross-functional communication that keeps the team's work visible and on track. You will serve as a key link between analysts, engineers, software developers, and the Army customer — translating technical findings into clear updates and surfacing risks and decision points early.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Software Performance Analysis & Defect Resolution

• Analyze performance data for the IBCS software system to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) processes to help correct software defects
• Track open Jira tickets and understand what is being developed, prioritized, and planned
• Communicate the impact of performance findings and development priorities to the cross-functional team, including the Defensive Fires – Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM)

Schedule & Resource Management

• Maintain and develop an MS Project-based schedule for a cross-functional team
• Track task completion and projected vs. actual durations
• Support resource planning for upcoming tasks
• Coordinate the team's schedule with related project schedules
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement within the team

Agile Execution (Jira / Confluence – Atlassian Suite)

• Work within the Agile software development process
• Plan and track task completion in Jira, using its structure and capabilities to the fullest extent
• Maintain a Confluence page as a one-stop shop for communicating with adjacent teams
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, including on difficult topics such as schedule and resource limitations
• Understand and communicate the system's capabilities and limitations at a high level
• Interface with the Product Owner, with potential need to brief the Program Manager level
• Identify and communicate risks and decision points as early as possible

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering a product; experience in defense, technology, or aerospace preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related discipline, or equivalent applicable experience
• Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional technical and non-technical teams, including senior government and military stakeholders
• Self-starter, internally motivated, and capable of working effectively with minimal oversight

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with software product delivery, testing, or complex hardware/software system integration
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment
