West 4th Strategy seeks a Program Analyst in San Diego to support the Defense Contract Management Agency's Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office. You will provide executive and administrative support to the Government Program Manager, manage calendars, travel, and correspondence, and maintain program records and action-item trackers.
You will coordinate communications among Government and contractor personnel, prepare briefing materials, and monitor deadlines to keep the program on schedule.
We need an experienced Program Analyst at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). This role supports the administrative, operational, and organizational functions of the Blue UAS Cleared List Program Office, which oversees the review and approval of commercial drone systems for use across the Department of War. In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support to the Government Program Manager and program leadership, coordinate calendars, travel, and correspondence, and maintain administrative records and action item trackers supporting Government program management. As a condition of employment, selected candidates must complete and receive favorable adjudication from a federal government background investigation as required by the U.S. Department of Justice. Individual’s primary workstation is located in an office area. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of the time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.
