Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Program Analyst to support PMA-276 at Patuxent River, MD. The analyst will join the Air Vehicle IPT and provide PM support, tracking budgets, schedules, and requirements with strong MS Office skills.
Required BA/BS and 3–10 years of combined experience, plus ability to obtain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Hybrid work may be allowed, with travel as required by customer needs.

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Air Vehicle IPT and shall provide program management support.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Journeyman - Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Journeyman - At least Two (2) years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
