SpecPro Management Services, LLC seeking a Program Analyst to provide program support for our ongoing mission supporting federal agencies in the Washington D.C. market.

The Program Analyst will support the Office of Special Programs (OSP) under the Maritime Operations Center (MOC), providing programmatic, operational, and analytical support across a portfolio of Navy Medicine Special Programs. These include Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII), Psychological Health (PH), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA), and the Disability Evaluation System (DES). This role is integral to ensuring program alignment, consistency, and visibility across Navy Medicine's execution of these critical initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Support execution of Annual and Outcomes Data Calls, compiling program scope, level of effort (LOE), and performance metrics from multiple activities.
• Assist in the coordination of biannual Program Advisory Calls and Quarterly SP Updates, documenting issues, risks, and outcomes across all Special Programs.
• Maintain and update tracking tools and logs for program action items, RFIs, and internal deliverables.
• Draft, format, and consolidate programmatic reports, including Performance-to-Plan (P2P) reviews and IRM-related outputs.
• Provide administrative and content support for governance-related briefings, SharePoint libraries, and scheduling of stakeholder engagements.
• Support the Program Manager in ensuring consistency, compliance, and communication across supported SP initiatives.
• Participate in policy and guidance development to help standardize program review, outcome assessment, and risk mitigation.

What You Bring:

• Active Secret Clearance required
• At least 5 years of recent relevant Program Analyst experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with federal data calls or taskers a plus
• Knowledge of DoD/Navy healthcare systems, readiness programs, or program evaluation is highly desirable
