Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Analyst to support Naval Enterprise Networks, coordinating schedules, planning with MS Planner and Azure DevOps, and visualizing data using MS Power Platform to highlight trends and risks.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Enterprise Networks. You’ll work with key stakeholders to maintain schedules, assist with tactical planning using resources like MS Planner, and Azure DevOps, and data visualization using resources like MS Power Platform.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Navy program management

• Experience pulling structured or unstructured data into dashboards or analytic products to highlight trends, risks, or opportunities

• Experience supporting senior leaders by managing complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing engagements

• Knowledge of project management techniques, including Agile, risk management, schedule management, and cost management

• Ability to leverage tools such as Power Platform to organize, analyze, and visualize data for decision support

• Ability to synthesize information from various sources such as emails, files, and meetings and present distilled insights to leadership

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience applying more advanced data techniques such as predictive analytics, statistical trending, or automation workflows

• Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, or enterprise data environments

• Experience preparing materials for portfolio, strategy, or planning meetings

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organisation requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
