About This Position:
TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Program Analyst to support the Department of State – INL/SAO/AT office, in Washington, DC. This position is equivalent to a Program /Management Analyst Level 4).
The Program Analyst will assist the INL/SAO/AT team in meeting the Bureau's enterprise risk management, management controls, and records management needs. The Program Analyst supports the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across Bureau programs and operations in compliance with OMB Circular A-123 and other relevant guidance. In addition, the Program Analyst advances organizational effectiveness and compliance by testing the efficacy of the Bureau's management controls, ensuring adherence to records management requirements including Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) processing and records retention policies, and assisting with special projects that strengthen internal operations and regulatory compliance.
Please note: This position is being recruited in support of a TPC proposal effort. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.

Bachelors or better.
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal regulations in regard to area of specific need
Active security clearance
Experience in relevant field
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the Bureau’s and the Department’s structure, missions, functions, and operations to coordinate extensive studies related to assessing and improving the Bureau’s management controls as well as identifying, assessing and tracking risk across multi-million dollar programs related to accomplishing its mission is highly preferred
