Our work depends on a Program Analyst remotely joining our team to provide support to program management, project leaders, and project team members through coordination, scheduling, and completion of tasks and deliverables. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Performing complex analytical tasks in support of the program/project.
• Developing plans, including schedules, and monitoring tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.
• Participating in establishing and defining program requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure contractual and schedule objectives are met.
• Interacting regularly with leadership, customers/stakeholders, and industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
• Performing business development activities, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of related experience
• Experience working at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Business process knowledge and experience eliciting information from others, organizing into written and visual forms, including process diagrams
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation, facilitation)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
• Residency in the United States for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an Agile Software Development environment
• Experience using JIRA, Trello, MS Teams
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing multiple high-priority activities

The salary range for this position is $71,400 - $96,600, depending on experience, location, and contractual factors. This role is remote with no travel required.
