• Prepare short- and long-range planning guidance in accordance with NAVAIR/NAWCAD program policies and objectives.
• Develop and implement work processes and communication plans.
• Apply expert analytical ability and evaluative techniques to manage the flow and tracking of information necessary to maintain situational awareness of competency members.
