Job summary

First Roles is seeking a program support professional to plan and administer management and reporting systems across Military, Environmental Remediation (ER), and IIS programs. The role focuses on data integrity and timely reporting to enable informed decision-making.

The position includes developing funding data plans, reviewing funding documents for compliance, coordinating with program managers and staff, and maintaining program databases for data queries and management reviews.

• Plan and administers a variety of management and support function and reporting systems designed to facilitate work of the Military, Environmental Remediation (ER) and International and Interagency Support (IIS) Programs.
• Develop plans, procedures, and instructions for maintenance and use of funding data in financial database.
• Review and evaluate funding documents and execution plans for compliance and adequacy
• Coordinate with program managers, budget analysts, and staff to monitor program execution and recommend adjustments
• Analyze execution and performance reports for conformance with schedules and directives
• Maintain and update program databases to support data queries, reporting, and management reviews
