Mission:
Quantum is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Management Support Office, Program Executive Office Missiles & Space. The APEO Business Management Office Serves as the principal business and resource management advisor to the PEO for all Missile and Space programs, budgets and financial planning; program execution, to include within threshold reprogramming; procurement and contract management; program management; human resource management; review and cost analysis Within the APEO BM Office, is the Knowledge Management office. The Knowledge management office is responsible for the process of enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision making (FM 6-0). Knowledge flow is the ease of movement of knowledge in organizations. Knowledge management uses a five-step process to create shared understanding. They are also responsible for the training of the PEO MS workforce.
