Ansible Government Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst to support the White River Junction VA Medical Center. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, coordinate operations across VA sites, and assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Applicants should have a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in medical or federal contracting. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting a Project Analyst to support the White River Junction VA Medical Center located at 163 Veterans Drive, White River Junction, VT 05001. Responsibilities

• Manage documentation, summaries, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, training, and operations across VA sites
• Provide bi‑weekly updates and monthly status reports to CCPI
• Maintain team communication across VA stakeholders
• Support quality assurance, process improvements, and required reporting
• Oversee training compliance and deliverable timelines

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3 years professional experience (medical/federal contracting preferred)
• Experience managing contract performance and reporting
• Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft 365 skills
• Experience in healthcare or dental environments preferred

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
