Eagle Health Analytics, contracted with the CDC's Mycotic Diseases Branch, seeks a Program Analyst to support programmatic and administrative tasks, including drafting SOWs, processing work orders in IFMS, coordinating visits, and handling public inquiries.
You will work with a controlled task tracker, integrating with scientific workstreams, tracking actions, and organizing records for rapid retrieval across administrative, scientific, and clearance materials.
Eagle Health Analytics has contracted with CDC's Mycotic Diseases Branch to provide scientific support and services for laboratory, communication and epidemiology within the Mycotic Diseases Branch. The overall objective is to provide laboratory, epidemiology, public health, and communication support to the branch as it strives to detect and respond to mycotic diseases and provide technical assistance to the United States jurisdictions.
The Program Analyst/Assistant will support programmatic and administrative requirements, including drafting SOWs for scientific requirements, submitting work orders in IFMS, coordinating delegation visits, managing public inquiries and FOIA coordination, preparing correspondence and reports, supporting meetings, maintaining records, tracking tasks, and assisting with inventory, shipping, laboratory database support, and data quality review as assigned.
The program support specialist will use a controlled task tracker that records each task owner, requester, due date, dependency, status, next action, and Government decision needed. The tracker will be reviewed with the Project Manager and CDC task leads at an agreed cadence.
Program support will be integrated with the scientific workstreams rather than treated as clerical support alone. For example, meeting agendas will identify decisions needed; notes will capture action items and owners; travel and purchasing support will be coordinated with laboratory and outbreak priorities; and records will be organized so that scientific, administrative, and clearance materials can be retrieved when needed.
