The Program Administrator 1 / Investigative Agent serves as a key administrative and compliance leader responsible for overseeing Unusual and Major Unusual Incident (UI/MUI) operations at the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center. This position ensures that all incident reporting, investigative procedures, safety efforts, and certification/licensure standards are consistently met. The role coordinates communication between management and staff, conducts investigations, monitors safety and environmental conditions, and supports organizational decision‑making through reporting, training, and policy implementation. The Program Administrator 1/Investigative Agent also assumes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the manager and plays a central part in maintaining safe, compliant, and effective service delivery for residents and staff.

36 mos. trg. or 36 mos. exp. in business administration, management science or public administration.
