RRD is seeking a Profitability Manager for its Labels and Packaging Platform. The role drives profitability through pricing execution, contract escalation, and margin recovery initiatives, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Sales.

Responsibilities include optimizing portfolios, implementing price pass-throughs, and maintaining pricing models and dashboards to track margin recovery and pass-through compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in pricing management, commercial ops, or sales ops.
• Experience with cost drivers in manufacturing/packaging or sales environments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify profitability improvements in margin-challenged accounts.
• Monitor material costs and CPI shifts to drive pass-through updates and contract terms.
• Develop dynamic pricing models and margin thresholds for existing product lines.
