Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Profitability Manager for the Labels and Packaging Platform to lead profitability through pricing execution and margin recovery. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to optimize accounts, correct negative-margin activities, and enforce price pass-throughs to sustain long-term profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in pricing management or related commercial operations with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze cost and pricing data.
• Experience supporting or working within a sales environment.
• Knowledge of pricing management and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by pricing execution, contract escalation, and margin recovery initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to optimize accounts and protect margins.
• Develop dynamic pricing models and monitor CPI adjustments and cost-sharing clauses.
• Provide weekly/monthly executive summaries of margin recovery progress.
