Job summary

RRD seeks a Profitability Manager for the Labels and Packaging Platform to drive margin recovery and pricing execution. You will partner with Finance, Operations and Sales to optimize accounts, correct negative margins, and enforce price pass-throughs across product lines.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing models, monitoring material costs and inflation, and delivering weekly executive summaries on margin recovery and pass-through progress.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of pricing management, commercial operations, business analysis, or sales operations experience.
• Proven understanding of internal workflows, manufacturing/packaging cost drivers, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify and improve profitability for margin-challenged accounts.
• Monitor material cost trends and inflation to update price pass-throughs and escalate contracts.
• Develop dynamic pricing models and margin thresholds for existing product lines.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align pricing with cost shifts and efficiency goals.
• Provide weekly/monthly executive summaries on margin recovered and pass-through progress.
• Maintain dashboards and analytics to track price realization and margin expansion.
