Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a Commercial Analyst to deliver financial analysis on product, customer, and geographic performance and to support sales, product management, finance, and leadership with actionable insights.

Responsibilities include margin analysis, reporting automation (Power BI, QlikView), S&OP support, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong Excel and SAP experience are preferred; collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with analysis experience.
• MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related business experience with profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, customer, and geographic sales price/volume/mix performance.
• Analyze margin impacts of opportunities and support decision making.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to understand variances in sales and profitability.
• Support S&OP, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide pricing, profitability, and decision-support to marketing and sales.
