Job summary

Saint-Gobain’s CertainTeed Interior Product Group in Malvern, PA is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to forecast demand and support distribution planning. You will partner with sales, marketing and supply chain to develop accurate forecasts, maintain Logility data integrity, and drive business performance.

The role requires 2–4 years in demand planning, knowledge of SAP MRP/DRP, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Marketing or Logistics.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning or related field.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Logility preferred.
• Experience with SAP MRP/DRP and forecasting is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and planning using Logility.
• Consolidate sales, customer, and market data for S&OP.
• Collaborate with sales and regional managers to align supply chain.
• Monitor forecast variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide reporting and ad hoc insights for decision making.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and visibility.
