Job summary

Central Pacific Bank (HI) in Honolulu seeks a Profitability Manager – FP&A to lead enterprise profitability governance, reporting and strategic analytics.

You will own Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), RAROC, budgeting, forecasting and performance management, and supervise FP&A analysts while partnering with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/treasury and strong communication skills, with a finance/ accounting background and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/treasury/budgeting or financial reporting; 4+ years supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred; experience with Axiom and SQL recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability management and monthly customer profitability analysis.
• Oversee Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and RAROC methodologies and reporting to executives.
• Develop and maintain RAROC model and related proformas for strategic decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with business partners.
