Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, management or financial reporting.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting process and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting to inform earnings and provide insights.
• Provide financial analysis and pro-formas to guide branch/location decisions.
• Develop and improve financial performance reports for stakeholders.
