Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; bachelor preferred.
• Experience: Treasury Associate I: 5+ years; Treasury Associate II: 6+ years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related quantitative fields from an accredited 4-year university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the asset and liability management (ALM) process to ensure integrity of the bank’s interest rate risk model.
• Prepares data files and reports in support of the ALM process.
• Supports the interest rate risk model through updates and documentation of critical assumptions.
• Performs back tests of model assumptions to ensure appropriateness.
• Assists with preparing and communicating ALCO reports and stress testing results.
• Assists in ALM reporting and narratives in support of regulatory filings.
