Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sous Chef for Vivo at CityWalk to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume branded concept. You will be the primary go-to for the kitchen team, ensuring excellence in food quality and staff performance while reporting to the Restaurant Chef.

You will drive profitability, mentor staff, maintain compliance with all regulations, and partner with HR to develop leaders across the venue. This on-site role demands strong leadership and hands-on cooking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high quality chain or independent restaurant group.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights.
