Responsibilities

• Teach 3–5 graduate courses per year.
• Lead program planning and growth initiatives.
• Oversee curriculum design, mapping, and changes.
• Coordinate teaching and learning design, assessment, and inclusive practices.
• Implement quality assurance and accreditation compliance.
• Manage faculty talent programs: recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, recognition.
• Resolve faculty conflicts per university policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions and enrollment to boost recruitment and retention.
• Build partnerships with industry and alumni to advance student careers.
