The Department of Philosophy at the University of Miami invites applications for a full-time tenure-eligible faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, to begin August 2027. Area of Specialization: Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence.

The appointee will pursue a vigorous research program, teach at graduate and undergraduate levels, and participate fully in the normal activities of the department. A Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required by start date.
• Active research in philosophy and AI.
• Experience teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels.
