Job summary

Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy (AUHCOP) seeks a Professor of Experiential Practice to support the experiential curriculum. This 9-month, 0.8-FTE, non-tenurable appointment collaborates with HCOP faculty to deliver high-quality experiential education and precepting across IPPE, APPE, and IPE activities.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States at start and for the term of employment.
• Must have PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and Alabama licensure at time of employment.
• 9-month, 0.8-FTE, non-tenurable appointment.

Responsibilities

• Precept Pharm.D. students in IPPE, APPE, and IPE experiences across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Facilitate student learning through direct patient care and interprofessional team activities.
• Provide formative and summative feedback and support development of clinical reasoning and professionalism.
• Serve as mentor for student pharmacists across all years.
