Job description

The School of Engineering and Applied Science at Princeton University seeks applications for a tenured faculty position with demonstrated research expertise, teaching excellence, and leadership, in the broad area of artificial intelligence.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in a related field and should have a commitment to teaching and a demonstrated ability to pursue a high impact research program. The appointment is planned to be at the level of tenured Professor, and it is expected the candidate will hold tenure at their current institution, have a leadership position in industrial research labs, or equivalent. An appointment will be made from a home department in the School of Engineering; joint appointments between multiple departments will be considered as appropriate. A start date of September 1, 2027 is preferred.
