Chesley Brown International is seeking Unarmed Security Officers for the Sandy Springs area. You will maintain a visible defensive presence, greet clients, and deter threats while remaining professional and courteous.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid security license if required, and be 18+ with 2 years' security or related experience. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State Security Officer License/Guard Card, if applicable.
• At least 18 years of age (21+ depending on site requirements).
• Minimum of 2 years of previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; must be well-groomed in proper uniform.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Customer service mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment as required.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances following company protocols.
• Document all incidents and suspicious activity accurately in daily reports.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and client policies consistently and respectfully.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and clients.
• Control access to buildings or restricted areas by verifying identification and credentials.
