Professional Services Specialist (Part Time)

About You:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Professional Services Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our attorney and professional services network. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to support recruitment efforts, manage invoicing workflows, and ensure the smooth execution of administrative processes that help our team run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about process improvement, relationship building, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our professional services operations are scalable, accurate, and aligned with our company goals.

About the Role:

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new attorneys and professionals, including outreach, coordination, and documentation.
  • Track, review, and manage invoicing for attorneys, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Assist on projects and research.
  • Support reporting and analytics to help track performance, cost trends, and capacity planning.
  • This part time role will work approximately 25 hours per week, generally in 5-hour shifts Monday through Friday, during standard business hours (8 am to 6 pm Pacific or Central Time).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, legal services, recruiting, or administrative support roles.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and priorities in a part-time capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), invoicing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Ramp).
  • Familiarity with estate planning, legal operations, or professional services is a bonus.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

  • Our salary for this position is $30 an hour, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
