Job summary

Granite Solutions Groupe is seeking a Procurement Analyst with strong experience in corporate services and indirect sourcing. You will review contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and support end-to-end sourcing initiatives outside of technology.

You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and legal teams to execute contracts that meet business needs, risk requirements, and cost targets. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR, legal, marketing, and other non-IT teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, non-IT/technology focus.
• Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Proven ability to work with suppliers and internal business units to support corporate services needs.
• Familiarity with procurement tools and systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement across corporate services categories (HR, legal, marketing, travel, professional services).
• Review and redline contract terms in partnership with legal.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process: RFPs, supplier evaluations, contract execution, vendor onboarding.
• Track procurement metrics and provide reporting as needed.
