Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Professional Services - Quality Improvement Specialist (Non Clinical) on a 06+ month contract in Phoenix, AZ, onsite. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license.

CPQH preferred and ongoing healthcare quality improvement work will be performed. Typical duties include monitoring quality results reporting, auditing medical records, developing reports, and leading quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement methodologies
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production of quality results reporting; analyze, track, and trend the reporting results and report them to management
• Perform heavy chart monitoring and auditing of medical records
• Formulate and prepare ad-hoc and additional reporting requirements
• Recommend, develop, and implement quality improvement plans with management
• Train providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvement
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with state agencies, providers, and stakeholders
• Perform audits to meet state and internal requirements
• Comply with all policies and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Immediate need for a talented Professional Services - Quality Improvement Specialist (Non Clinical). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite).

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
