Intuition Publishing Ltd. is seeking a Client Success Manager based in New York, NY. This key role involves managing client accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with clients to drive adoption of Intuition’s offerings and ensure their needs are met effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.

This role acts as a key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions, and cultivating successful long-term partnerships. This position combines client success, project coordination, professional services delivery, and commercial awareness to build strong relationships and drive long-term value for both clients and the business. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to manage the full client lifecycle, support account growth, and ensure delivery excellence.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000.
