Job Title: Implementation/Professional Services Lead

Location: Remote

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 base + bonus

Our team is working with a well-established and growing MarTech / AI SaaS platform entering a new chapter of expansion. We are looking to hire multiple hands-on Implementation/Professional Services Leads to drive seamless implementation,

onboarding, and technical success for their growing enterprise customer base.

In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of our enterprise SaaS platform for new clients, ensuring technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, while directly engaging with senior-level client stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

An ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or technical project management within a SaaS environment, experience with enterprise software onboarding and customer lifecycle frameworks, and familiarity with channel marketing platforms and/or digital marketing automation.

This is a full time, permanent position on a fully remote basis. This is an opportunity to work with some of the biggest enterprise tech brands in a fast-paced environment with room to innovate and lead.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers: requirements gathering, technical planning, execution, UAT, and go-live
• Serve as the technical liaison between the client and internal teams for integrations, configurations, and deployment needs
• Coordinate and track tasks using Jira, ensuring development and support dependencies are managed
• Deliver post-launch handoffs to Customer Success and Support, with thorough documentation and KPI handover
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams and ensure alignment across global time zones

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Project Management within a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with channel marketing platforms or digital marketing automation
• Experience with enterprise software onboarding, customer lifecycle frameworks, and partner enablement
• Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, webhooks, and system configurations, HTML & CSS
• Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, and Tableau (or equivalent tools)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable working independently in US time zones, and cross-functionally with global teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
