NVIDIA is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join its infrastructure Specialist team. Our NVIDIA RunAI platform is used globally by academic and commercial groups to enhance productivity and efficiency in data science. Our product features a unique HPC scheduler, advanced GPU virtualization technology, and provides easy access to GPU-based environments for data scientists and ML engineers. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with the installation and onboarding of the Run:AI software
• Maximizing the value of Run:AI software through daily support, including:
• Helping data scientists and ML engineers implement best practices in machine learning operations
• Configuring Run:AI to match customer use cases
• Integrating Run:AI into existing ML ops environments, including scripting
• Diagnosing and resolving issues in cloud-native environments
• Using profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize deep learning models
• Collaborating with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Account Managers, Product) to understand business needs and provide technical input
• Developing tools and scripts to facilitate integration with other Data Science tools

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS or on-premise software company
• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience presenting to technical audiences and creating developer-focused content
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• Proven software development experience

Preferred:

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
