What is in it for you?

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Gen AI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for some of the nation’s most prominent healthcare providers. You’ll work on high-impact projects that blend Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP with real-world healthcare challenges—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Responsibilities: -

• Architect and implement GenAI, LLM, and NLP models using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build intelligent applications that generate creative content, automate insights, and enhance decision-making.
• Apply advanced ML techniques to unstructured data (text, image, audio, video) to solve complex healthcare problems.
• Design and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions using Vertex AI, LangChain, and other GCP services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Champion clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while staying ahead of the curve in AI innovation.
• Embrace a dynamic, fast-paced environment where curiosity and continuous learning are key.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc/PHD.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (Java or Go a plus).
• Deep understanding of GCP services, especially Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and Generative AI frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and deploy ML models for real-world applications.
• Passion for solving complex problems and a drive to innovate in the healthcare domain.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.
