Description

Position Overview: The Professional Services Technician provides service and support for Avidity Science products, both preventatively and on an emergency basis, following company specifications and standards, as well as customer requirements. The role involves installation and maintenance of Avidity Science systems, with opportunities to specialize in either area. The hourly pay range is $27 - $33.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Install systems according to customer drawings.
• Interpret drawings and instructions.
• Update and submit as-built installation details.
• Supervise contractors during installation.
• Provide initial customer training.
• Update project managers on job status.
• Perform preventative maintenance and warranty service.
• Provide emergency support as needed.
• Review installations and begin system commissioning.
• Prepare reports and complete product certifications.
• Maintain van stock accuracy.
• Follow company procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
