Professional Security Officer

Location: Madison, WI

Rate:$22.00/Hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Knowledgeable and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to learn and respond to a variety of alarms.
• Friendly and attentive to employees, clients, vendors, visitors, etc.
• Able to communicate effectively via email, text, phone calls.
• Able to solve problems alone using resources provided by Securitas, Site Supervisor and Client
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
