  • Provide day-to-day user support and coaching across systems (CMS, analytics tools, SharePoint/Teams).

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify bugs, and liaise with technical teams as needed.

  • Maintain and update user-facing training materials and documentation.

  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Monitor key metrics and consumer journeys to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Platform Optimization & Strategy

  • Understand the platform architecture and end-to-end consumer experience in detail.

  • Stay informed on digital experience best practices, tools, and technologies.

  • Gather and analyze internal and external user feedback to recommend platform enhancements.

  • Prepare thoughtful recommendations that align with the organization's voice and styleguide. Provide project management to successfully implement new initiatives and features.

  • Support effective change management and prioritization of future development.

  • Marketing Support

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows; implement changes where appropriate.

  • Source visuals and draft copy for internal and external campaign assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams (intermediate level preferred).

  • Self-starter with excellent time and project management skills.

  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to distill complex information and present it in meaningful, audience-appropriate ways.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Demonstrated alignment with mission and strong customer service orientation.
