Job summary

Tier One Property Services is seeking a General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance of Class A commercial properties in Benton Harbor, MI. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, offices, conference rooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets; sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface flooring.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and ledges.
• Clean interior glass and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain breakrooms and tenant amenity areas.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA, SDS, and company safety guidelines.
• Utilize proper PPE and follow safety procedures to prevent workplace accidents and exposure risks.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment immediately.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and responsive customer service to tenants, guests, and property management teams.
