• Vacuum carpets; sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface flooring.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and ledges.
• Clean interior glass and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain breakrooms and tenant amenity areas.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA, SDS, and company safety guidelines.
• Utilize proper PPE and follow safety procedures to prevent workplace accidents and exposure risks.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment immediately.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and responsive customer service to tenants, guests, and property management teams.

Essential Duties & Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in a commercial environment. Essential duties may include standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and repetitive movements; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds; and operating cleaning equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Employees may work in varying indoor conditions, around cleaning chemicals, noise, dust, and high-traffic areas. The ability to follow safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain consistent attendance is essential to the role.
