Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role delivers direct, individualized patient care across pediatric settings and collaborates closely with physicians to achieve patient goals.

Applicants should hold a Minnesota RN license, BLS certification, and demonstrate pediatric or ambulatory nursing experience; basic computer skills are required for charting and care coordination in a dynamic, family‑centered environment.

  • 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with ambulatory and pediatric experience desired.

Position Summary

As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, the RN provides individualized direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice‑site policies, procedures, and established standards, and collaborates with the medical provider to promote restoration of health and achievement of patient goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications
  • MN State RN license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with ambulatory and pediatric experience desired.

Compensation & Benefits

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary‑survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full‑time employment (40 standard hours per week); part‑time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours. In addition to your salary, the position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend, or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
