PDX Movers in Tualatin, OR is seeking experienced Box Truck Drivers for a highly active role with weekly pay. If you have solid commercial driving experience and are comfortable with a physical workday, we have a spot for you on our team.

Pay starts at $19.50–$24.00/hour plus tips and bonuses; average extra weekly earnings of $150–$250+. We offer paid moving training, health/dental/vision after 90 days, and a solid local crew to work with.

Qualifications

• Full-time roles require open availability (Mon–Sun).
• 2+ years driving experience and a clean MVR; comfortable with large commercial vehicles (38' length).
• Must meet DOT standards, pass background check and DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate and operate 26' box trucks in the Portland metro area.
• Wrap, load, and protect customer belongings as part of a solid crew.
• Assist with local residential and commercial moves from start to finish.

The Money & Perks:

• Competitive Base Pay: $19.50-24.00/hr based on driving history and experience.
• Paid Moving Training: No moving experience? No problem. We fully train you on how to pack, wrap, and protect items like a pro.
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every week—no waiting around.
• Tips & Bonuses (Average +$3.75 to +$6.25/hr): Base pay is guaranteed, but our crews average an extra $150-$250+ per week in combined credit card tips, cash tips, and review bonuses based on job performance and customer satisfaction.
• Full Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage kicks in after 90 days (for full-time team members).
• No Forced Overnights: Routes are primarily local around the Portland metro area. Overnight opportunities are 100% optional.

Driver Qualifications:

• Availability: Full-time roles require open availability (Monday–Sunday).
• Driving Record & Experience: , 2+ years driving experience, and a clean MVR. Comfortably willing to handle large commercial vehicles. (38' total length)
• Compliance & Screenings: Must meet all D.O.T. standards and pass a background check (per OAR codes) and a DOT medical exam.
• Age Requirement: Must be between 21 or older.
• The Physical Aspect: This is an active driving job. You will be helping load, unload, and carry items (100+ lbs, stairs, etc.) alongside the crew. Drivers lift too!
