Job summary

Regal Moving Services in Springfield, VA is hiring Professional Movers to join our team. This full-time role offers $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, with paid training and opportunities for advancement into Crew Leader, Driver, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Management positions.

As a professional mover, you will safely load/unload furniture, pack and protect belongings, disassemble/reassemble furniture, and work closely with your crew to complete moves on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely lift 60 pounds or more.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload household and office furniture.
• Pack, wrap, and protect customer belongings using professional moving techniques.
• Lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, appliances, and other items weighing 60 pounds or more.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
• Use dollies, hand trucks, moving pads, straps, and other moving equipment safely.
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete moves on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized moving truck and work area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Regal Moving Services professionally.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with warehouse duties and truck preparation when necessary.

No moving experience? No problem! Paid training is provided for motivated individuals willing to learn.
