Job summary

Regal Moving Services, Inc. in Springfield, VA is seeking a Non-CDL Driver / Professional Mover for a full-time role. You will operate a 26-foot box truck for local and interstate moves, load and unload furniture, and deliver exceptional customer service to customers during a major life transition.

Non-CDL Driver / Professional Mover

Regal Moving Services is seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Non-CDL Drivers / Professional Movers. Previous furniture moving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide paid mover training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in the moving and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for local and interstate household and commercial moves.
• Load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods with care.
• Work efficiently as part of a professional moving crew.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing Regal Moving Services.
• Protect customers' homes and belongings using proper moving techniques and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
• Must successfully pass Regal Moving Services' company driving evaluation before being authorized to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous furniture moving or household goods moving experience.
• Experience driving commercial box trucks.
• Knowledge of packing, loading, and furniture protection techniques.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
